LEARNING INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE FROM JACQUES DUPUIS FOR THE ASIAN CONTEXT

Hans Küng is famous to have lived by the following principle: “no peace among the nations without peace among the religions. No dialogue between the religions without investigation of the foundations of the religions.”1 If we are to take this seriously, we need to look at the situation in the world, especially in the multicultural, and multi-religious background of Asia, specifically South-East Asia and the Philippines, and continue our dialogue with others.
