Keywords:
Spirituality, Servant Leadership, Visionary LeaderAbstract
As the world is moving into new eras where uncertainty is more certain than predictions, there is a need for leadership to empower in ways that go beyond human understanding. The bigger dream and the greater goal are always part of those leaders who are empowered spiritually. The article reflects on the aspects of spirituality in leadership by reflecting on the examples of two people- Jesus Christ and St Kuriakose Elias Chavara.
