Abstract

This study presupposes two basic realities which serve as foundations of Indian biblical hermeneutics. Hence, this introductory part is devoted to deal with them in a summary form.

Paul Kalluveettil, Marymatha Major Seminary, Thrissur

Prof. Dr. Paul Kalluveettil cmi, a specialist on the Bible and Biblical Theology and a long-time professor at Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, is engaged in teaching Biblical Theology at Marymatha Major Seminary, Thrissur, Kerala.  He is a prolific writer, and is well known for his writings that bring out the existential significance of the Bible, especially within the context of Indian Subcontinent.
