The whole theme of the book can be summarised in these words: struggle of the marginalized of the Latin American society for a radically new spirituality. From various churches some ten well-known theologians have presented their thoughts to make it worth -reading: to touch, the core of Christianity with an apt stress on Latin American interpretations of the Gospel. The cause of transmission of protestant theology from its original sources have been traced, together with an attempt to bring out the relationship between evangelization and ecumenical vision for liberation.
