Abstract

It must håve been in 1955, when I had the privilege of spending with you the first six months of your indian pilgrimage. We tried to come in close contact with the people. And this we did without knowing kannada or tamíl. We studied some sanskrit however. We did look at the stones too, which in forms of statues and temples are also part of the people. Nobody is an isolated individual.

You have written about yourself and other persons have already written about you. I do not need to repeat anything. I may perhaps disclose a little of what I know about your inner pilgrimage.
