I.S.P.C.K. or the Indian Society for Promoting Christian Know- ledge, brings out year after year very useful books which directly or indirectly promote and disseminate Christian knowledge. Biblical studies, Christian biographies, devotional and liturgical tracts, books on Church and Church History, Theology, Christian Education are directly concerned with Christian faith and teaching. Other publica- tions on Comparative Religion, Social and Political subjects have the wider aim of promoting learning, but have a bearing on Christian con- cerns and commitment.
